What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ is flexible and supports pilot runs for new brands. Standard items typically start from a few hundred pieces per style; the exact MOQ depends on customization and capacity. Tell us your target volume and we will quote.
What is your production lead time?
Standard items ship in 7–15 days after confirmation. Samples are ready in 3–5 days. Custom molds or complex printing may extend the timeline, which we confirm at quotation.
Do you offer OEM / ODM and custom logo?
Yes. We provide full OEM/ODM: laser engraving, 3D emboss, silk-screen, sublimation and water-transfer branding, plus custom colors, lids, molds and packaging for private-label programs.
What materials and certifications do your bottles use?
Double-wall vacuum insulated with 304 food-grade stainless steel (inner) and 201 (outer). Products are BPA-free, food-grade, and ship with standard export documentation.
What are your payment terms?
Typically T/T with a deposit and balance against shipping documents (FOB/CIF). Exact terms are confirmed per order.
Do you ship to Europe and Poland?
Yes. We are an experienced exporter to European markets, including Poland, and support FOB/CIF to your port as well as door-to-door delivery.
What capacities are available?
350ml, 500ml, 600ml, 750ml and 1000ml+ across 35+ series — pastoral, straight, gourd, wide-mouth, bullet, vacuum cola, car cup, coffee cup and more.
Can I get a sample before a bulk order?
Yes. Samples are available in 3–5 days, with or without a logo mock-up, so you can verify quality before committing to production.
